Hello there!!!

This week was great! The weather has been really nice and we have been seeing really awesome successes! And having a baptism also doesn't hurt!!!

Highlights.....

Wednesday was the baptismal interview for our investigator. She was sooo excited that she lost her voice completely. We had done a practice interview before so I knew she was prepared and spiritually stoked. She came out of the interview just glowing and on the verge of tears. Just seeing the gratitude and light in her was soooo amazing.

Thursday we met with this awesome guy! We taught him about the restoration and he was very interested and promised to read and pray about it. He told us that his most important thing for him is the family and we also talked about that as well. He told us just how when the family life breaks down and the family has no more value then the whole society crumbles. Just a super cool guy who basically lives like a member already, but is humble enough to listen and give us a try. Soooo cool. We gave him some good chapters to read and set up another appointment.

Friday we had a super busy but awesome day. Had like 5 appointments, 3 joint teaches, and still had time to find a little bit. Just a great day.

Sunday was the baptism!! And the mission president was there all day with us. There were several investigators there, some ours, some others, but it was just a great day at church. Our mission president spoke in sacrament about the doctrine of Christ and how following the words of Christ helps us in every aspect of life, to him it is the 6th principle of the gospel. The baptism was wonderful and the spirit was just really there the whole time. All the people that were there got to feel it, just wish all of our investigators could have been there.
