well this week flew by. lots of interesting stuff has happened. there was a new mission presidents seminar all week so we werent allowed in the main building because there have been first presidency members and apostles here all week! we didnt get to talk to any except we had a special devotional friday where there was 7 apostles present and a bunch of seventies. soooo cool. Elders Oaks, Anderson, Nelson, Ballard, Scott, Bednar, and Holland were there and Bednar spoke about becoming a Preach My Gospel Missionary. soooooo good. packed with meaningful and instructional wisdom.
As far as classes go im learning alot. German is getting better slowly but surely. Our investigators are also progressing slowly and surely. We invited Wolfy a second time to be baptized and he accepted but he wants time. So basically he said he would be baptized in a few months. We were happy he said yes but we really need a date to work towards. he is such a chill guy haha we shared a ton of faith promoting scriptures in Alma 32 and ya hopefully he will catch fire a little bit more. but he is keeping his committments so thats good. Things are going really well with Richard as well. he is the jw. last lesson we taught the plan of salvation and the spirit was definitely there. i think he really felt it. we might extend the baptisimal committment to him tonight! hopefully the spirits strong.
I sure love being a Zone Leader too. our zone is sooo much more obedient than the other zones. german elders are so celestial. i love getting to know everyone and kinda just being everyones friend. its pretty awesome. my district is amazing. such stong testimonies. we also have a ton of fun. i laughed soooo hard on saturday. we all did! dont wanna part with them.
gym time was great this week too. one of our new elders played a bit in college so me, him, and our english elder just dominate the pitch. we play german elders vs spanish elders and we are totes outnumbered but we dom every time. super fun. 4 weeks from today i go to Germany!!! crazy stuff! i seriously have so much german to learn and even more to learn about being a missionary. I aint scared. hahaha.
sooo stoked that Chase Jensen finally got his call!!! sooo cool. saturday all the STG elders got together for pics and stuff! elders call, wade, mclaws, braithwaite, shone, miller, cummings, and thompson! man i love seeing them. elders wade and call peace out this week so said bye to them. sooo totes awes.
well thats it for this week. love you all and thanks for the prayers and letters. KEEP THE LETTERS COMING. especially all you friends who said you would write!
auf wiedersehn! ich liebe euch!!
